Lunch is Served [365 Day Project]

Little did I know I was starting a weekend tradition when I did this a week ago.
Last weekend when the topic of lunch came up the kids asked for pizza. As we are trying to cut down on expenses I told them I wasn’t going to order any so they asked for english muffin pizzas but unfortunately we didn’t have any english muffins in the house.
So I called an audible (that’s my tie in for football today) and substituted wheat bread – toasted, and the kids loved it. We’ve had it two weekends in a row, starting to look like it’s going to be a regular menu item.
